Hate crime?

OMAHA, NEBRASKA: Kyle Bormann, 19, has been charged with first degree murder by Douglas County Attorney Don Kleine.

Kyle Bormann fired a high-powered rifle at Brittany Williams, as she waited at a drive-through restaurant, from at least 100 yards away.

Williams, 21, was shot to death at about 8:40 p.m. Sunday as she sat at the Florence Kentucky Fried Chicken and Long John Silvers near 30th Street and Craig Avenue.

Kleine said the possibility that this was a hate crime is still being considered by investigators.
