SPRINGFIELD, Mass., Oct. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company (MassMutual) announced today it has received the highest rating of 100 percent in the 2010 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the annual survey conducted by the Human Rights Campaign that measures major businesses' efforts for establishing and encouraging workplace equality for gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees (GLBT). MassMutual's 100 percent rating is in recognition of its longstanding commitment to its GLBT employees.

HARTFORD, Conn.----At the annual conference of the Gay and Lesbian Medical Association , Aetna received an achievement award for its work in improving the health of lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender individuals.
It was a day of mixed emotions for some members of Utah's Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual & Transgendered (GLBT) community. In the morning there was a brunch and a fundraiser celebrating National Coming Out Day. Hundreds attended the event and the funds raised will go to help GLBT causes and organizations like the Utah Pride Center.
