GLBT News Headlines (T4T-6)

Late this afternoon, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld its temporary stay on the broadcast of the trial proceedings in Perry v. Schwarzenegger. SCOTUSblog is reporting a 5-4 decision by the U.S. Supreme Court to block broadcast of the trial challenging California’s proposition 8.  We’ll update this post when we have more information on their decision.
