Drug agents cleared in '04 fatal shooting of activist's son

Pennsylvania - Six undercover drug agents have been cleared in the 2004 fatal shooting of an AIDS awareness activist's son.

When the agents tried to arrest Wright, he tried to hit them with his sport utility vehicle in an attempt to escape and was shot in the process, a state police report said. He died in an ambulance en route to the hospital.
